▶️ Your listening age is...timeless. Here's my 2025 Podcasts Wrapped.
Dec 05, 2025
Hey there Darlings,
Briefly scrolling through Instagram and seeing all your varied listening ages and genres reminds me how eclectic my friend group is, and I love it. If you haven't seen yours yet, Spotify Wrapped was released this week and while my listening age is a whopping 78, I don't feel a day over timeless. Per Spotify:
"Every year, Wrapped gives you a chance to look back on your year in sound. It's like a mirror showing the moments, moods, and memories that made your listening uniquely yours. Behind every colorful card and stat is data that's as personal as your playlists, shaped to tell the real story of your year of listening."
Spotify's Listening Age is the theory that we're all listening to music from around age 16-21. Based on a tracks release date, they predicted a five-year span we were likely to "reminisce bump." I definitely did that this summer when writing 🎶 The playlist behind the pages.
All of this has me reflecting on this past year with immense gratitude. But my 2025 Wrapped isn't music, it looks more like this:
- January: Rose turned One!
- February: Memoir released. It was delayed a bit, but perfectly timed to give me space and time to grieve the loss in my family before trying to promote a book.
- March: Officially kicked off my Author/Mom Era!
- April: "Heal Your Heartbreak" Podcast with Break Up Bestie Kendra Allen
- May: "INHABIT" with Alessia Citro and "Let's Get Vulnerable" with Dr. Morgan Anderson
- June: "Soul Thrive" with Christina Prokos & Ivana Musich, "UNSCRIPTED" with Jessica Burgio, and "Time to Pivot" with Paige Killian. Rose and I also went to Oklahoma and Kentucky for book events and it was incredible to see friends and jot personalized notes at each of the book signings.
- July: No podcasts this month, but I saw many of you at the Boulder Bookstore event and the Calling It Off audiobook was released!
- August: "The Confidence Academy" with Kelly Reeves and "Awakening HER: Life and Business for Women" with Deidre Sirianni. I also went back to my roots at Tattered Cover for one last author event.
- September: "Lip Service & Lashes" with Chelsea Husum
- October: "Biohacking with Brittany" with Brittany Ford
- November: "Carrie On!" with Carrie Murray
- December: "Human On The Daley" with Dr. Megan Daley
Bonus: I also recorded an episode of "Becoming You" with Rebecca Cafiero, which is coming soon. Working with her insanely talented team at The Pitch Club has been a game changer in connecting with all these fantastic voices and furthering my impact as a full-time writer.
You can click the links to all these podcasts on Spotify, Apple, and YouTube from the Podcasts page on my website.
Alas, with another peanut on the way, I'm taking a pause from actively pursuing more podcasts. That is unless you, dear reader, have one! I'm always happy to lend my voice for a friend.
These newsletters may also be less frequent, but I will continue to quietly write each morning and contribute more bylines when the message feels important and heartfelt.
Until then, what are you celebrating this year? And what are you looking forward to next year? Let me know and please please stay in touch.
Wishing you peace, self-trust, and joy.
Sending all my love,
Katherine Rose Woller
P.S. In most of my podcasts, I shared a resource from my website. Download my 3 Reflection Questions for When You're At A Crossroads to kickstart your 2026 feeling solid about each decision coming you way.
P.P.S. We're all busy. So if you missed it, I want to reiterate my parting words from my most recent podcast guest spot:
We've all been through challenges, whatever they may be. And seeing the beauty on the other side, I know it sounds trite, that is where the hope lives. I think you have your own evidence of the hope from the past that offers a continued hope for the future.
